Jim has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Justice and Law major.
Spanning over two decades, Jim has worked in customer service and business development roles aligning crime prevention operations and technology firms with high profile clients in the real estate development, property management and criminal data information technology sectors.
Prior to joining Gage-Babcock & Associates Ltd., Jim successfully operated his own security consulting and investigations firm and specializes in security problem solving and identifying overlooked methods of illegal entry.
Jim has been accepted by the B.C. Supreme Court as an expert in the area of physical security. He is licensed under the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General of British Columbia as a Security Consultant and Private Investigator.
