GBA has been retained as the primary ‘Coordinating Code Consultant’ to perform independent third party design and field reviews for new UBC projects exceeding $1.5 Million in value. There are a series of building permit and occupancy permit application forms that have been made available for project applicants. These forms identify the documentation that needs to be submitted to UBC in support of an application for a building permit or for an occupancy permit.
